Lab Advise Experts is guided by a single, important theme...Compliance.  Through proper training of quality individuals, for competencies, rigorous documentation and adherence to CMS standards, the medical laboratory is able to act as an invaluable tool for enabling the provider to properly care for his/her patients.  

I, Gary L. Ayres, owner & CEO of Lab Advise Experts, began working as a phlebotomist within a medical laboratory in 1993, while attending college to become a MLT.  After graduation in 1995, from South Ark Community College, I decided to further my knowledge/degree, and did so by graduating from Northeast Louisiana University in 1998.  I am ASCP BOR certified in Clinical Laboratory Science, as well as maintaining a Florida Laboratory Supervisor's license & an Arkansas license in general radiology.  

For more than 30 years, I have worked diligently to become proficient at my craft, and have worked closely with many outstanding medical professionals.  My tenure includes numerous rural, as well as mid-level hospitals/reference laboratories.  My more recent roles include that of Administrative Director of laboratories, imaging & cardiopulmonary departments.  As a director, I have helped shape the medical future of many individuals, with a focus on compliance.  

Beginning 2016, my attention turned to helping laboratories who are in great need of direction. There are many laboratories which are under-staffed and need help with every-day operations.  The need for high quality medical laboratories, driving excellent patient outcomes, are in high demand.  

At Lab Advise Experts, we pride ourselves on delivering a better outcome.  We are here to assist laboratorians, providers & owners navigate the sometimes, daunting world of laboratory science.  Again, the driving force is that of compliance, which in turn creates a healthy patient experience.
